Kansainvälistä tutkimusta

Ikkunoita kansainvälisiin tutkimuksiin

Äidinkielen opettajille on tarjolla kansainvälinen yhdistys. Se on nykyään ARLE eli The International Association for Research in L1 Education. Nimi vaihdettiin vuonna 2014. Sitä ennen se oli IAIMTE eli International Association for the Improvement of Mother Tongue Education, jonka hollantilainen Gert Rijlaarsdam ja australialainen Ken Watson perustivat 1996.

Sen kohteena on standardikielen opetus, mutta  myös siirtolaistaustaisten toisen/kolmannen kielen oppijoiden kielen oppimista ja opetusta sekä vähemmistökieliä käsitellään. L1-opetus ulottuu päiväkodista aikuiskoulutukseen.

Yhdistykseen voi liittyä kirjautumalla sen verkkosivuston kautta. Se ei maksa mitään. Yhdistyksellä ei ole jäsenmaksua. Se julkaisee aikakauskirjaa L1 – Educational Studies in Language and Literature. Se järjestää joka toinen vuosi konferenssin. Tämän vuoden kongressi on Lissabonissa kesäkuussa   

ÄOL  on ottanut verkkosivuilleen osastoon Materiaaleja alaosaston Kansainvälistä tutkimusta. Nyt äidinkielen opettajat voivat seurata alansa kansainvälistä foorumia. Jokainen tutkimus on omana linkkinään.

Feedback i skrivundervisningen 

Kiinnostava ruotsalainen tutkimusraportti kirjoituksen opetuksesta

Ruotsissa Koulututkimusinstituutti on julkaissut raportin kirjoituksen opetuksen palautteesta. He ovat valinneet 10 000 tutkimuksen joukosta 22 tutkimusta, joista esitetään analyysi ja synteesi Feedback i skrivundervisningen. Skolforskningsinstitutets systematiska översikter (skolfi.se).

Kirjoittamisen ja sen kehittämisen suuntautumiset pohjautuvat Ivanicin (2004) tutkimukseen ja niitä esitetään taito-, luovuus-, prosessi-, genre-, sosiaalisen käytännön ja sosiopoliittinen suuntautuminen. Raportissa on kytkentä opetussuunnitelmaan. Kelpuutetuista tutkimuksista suurin osa on amerikkalaisia, yksi on suomalainen (suomenruotsalainen). Se on Anette Kronholm-Cederbergin (2009) väitöskirja.
